DMG North – Update Regarding Continued Customer Service and Modified Operations
July 1, 2020
DMG North remains committed to providing high-level service to our clients in the design, construction, modification, and ongoing service and maintenance of all types of buildings.
Our clients can expect to continue to receive solutions, selections, proposals, and equipment deliveries from us and our suppliers for construction, HVAC upgrades, repairs, and maintenance activities. We communicate daily with key factory principals and our clients on current and upcoming projects. To avoid supply chain disruption, we’ve increased our stocking levels and provided additional inventory items throughout our warehouses in California and Nevada.
All DMGN facilities are open with modified operating conditions based on local guidelines. We have adopted revised procedures to provide the very safest employee, vendor, and customer interactions. The majority of deliveries are directed to jobsites and customer facilities to minimize the number of contact points. Please communicate with your primary contact at DMGN to arrange for any will-call orders.
Our service team continues to perform job walks, equipment startup, troubleshooting and commissioning. Your DMGN contact can help schedule any needed support.
Working with our partners we have moved all Technical Training online. DMGN, LG, LAARS, Ebtron, CRC and others are regularly hosting training to replace the classroom training our customers have relied upon historically.
We are impressed by our team’s ability and adaptability to move from daily in-person interactions with customers, team members and vendors to working remotely. We expect that we will continue to lean heavily on email, cell phones and online collaboration tools for some time to come. We look forward to the day we can return to more direct interactions. Until then, stay safe.
Sincerely,
Joe Pipitone, President, DMG North, Inc.
